The Finance Department maintains the financial records of LCSC and Cooperative Resources, Incorporated. Duties include budgets, annual audit, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, employee benefits, purchase orders, investment of reserves and any other items pertaining to the finances of the agency.
