PRESS Path to Reading Excellence in School Sites
Description
PRESS, developed at the University of Minnesota’s Center for Reading Research, supports K-5 literacy achievement by providing interventions that can be used within a Response to Intervention (RTI) or multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) context. PRESS complements any literacy curriculum and can be used with a variety of assessment programs.
Join us for an in-depth training on the PRESS framework with specific ideas for implementation within your schools. The two-day workshop is intended for elementary school or district staff (administrators, grade-level team leaders, literacy coaches/coordinators, and reading interventionists).
PRESS Intervention & Assessment Manuals are required and may be purchased separately under PRESS Resources at http://www.cehd.umn.edu/reading/PRESS
