The Region IV Low Incidence Project supports one full-time audiologist to assist the local educational team with identifying students who may qualify for D/HH services.

What to expect: Age-appropriate testing options are available for students ranging in age from six months through high school graduation. Testing takes about 45 minutes; both headphone and insert earphone styles are available for testing.
Referral: Referrals for hearing screenings are required from the school district. Schools are to use the attached Audiology Referral Form.
