    • Subscribing to Academy Headlines by RSS
      Click the RSS icon in the Headlines area.
    • Subscribing to Email News
      Click My Profile at the very top of the page. Edit your profile and click YES for "I would like to receive informative emails about the Cisco Networking Academy program." Select topics of interest to you.
    • Finding Older Academy Headlines
      Click View All Headlines in the Headlines area.

    • Membership Directory- Find a person who has an Academy Connection account.
    • Academy & Class Locator- Find an Academy with a flexible search engine.
    • AC Tutorials- Tutorials on all aspects of using the Academy connection and administering your Academy’s functions. There are PDFs and VODs for most topics. A great place for beginners to start.
    • File Sharing- Class resources created by Instructors can be downloaded. The files are searchable by course and keyword.
    • Forums and Chat- Forums on many topics. Post a question and Instructors or a moderator will answer.
    • Support Desk- Fast, responsive support by using an Answer database, submitting a question, using live chat or calling directly at 888-327-1116.

    • Packet Tracer- Download Packet Tracer.
    •  Interactive Course Guides- Developed by Cisco Learning Institute in partnership with the networking Academy. Pages of pedagogical information especially useful for new Instructors. These complement the curricula.
    •  Academy Orientation- Required for an Instructor when they complete their first Instructor training. Self-paced pages and a VOD. Also useful as a reference for experienced Instructors.
    •  Academy Netspace- Many resources, competitions, map of Academies.
