Lakes Country COMPASS Multilingual Learners supports districts across Minnesota in ensuring equitable access to high-quality, grade-level instruction. We strive to ensure that all students can fully engage in rigorous learning opportunities by strengthening systems and instructional practices, regardless of background or language experience.

Our approach centers on the strengths and assets that Multilingual Learners bring to their schools and communities, while working to dismantle systemic barriers and ensure access to high-quality Tier 1 instruction.

 

We tailor our support to your needs and offer professional learning, coaching, consultation, and implementation of evidence-based practices. We aim to strengthen systems and instructional practices, recognizing that Multilingual Learner success is a shared responsibility among educators, leaders, and partners.
