Meeting Room Facilities at LCSC

LCSC has several meeting rooms available for use.  Whether it's a large professional development event, a board meeting, an off-site interview, or anything in between, our rooms can accommodate requests for anything from a two-person meeting, up to a 100-person event (with requirements for any group over 80). 
*If your group requires meals (muffins, rolls, lunch, etc.) they must be ordered by LCSC, using our choice of several caterers, and cannot be brought in by the groups using our rooms.  Please be sure to inform us right away so that we can secure the catering date for you.

If you are a member of LCSC, there is no charge to use our meeting spaces.

If your agency is not a member of LCSC - rental fees will vary depending on the room size and length of the meeting. If you would like information on an LCSC membership, please contact Lori Stich at 218-737-6546 or email her at lstich@lcsc.org.

**Beginning June 1, 2024, we are unable to host outside groups on Fridays.  LCSC closes at Noon on Friday, during the summer.  Normal business operations will resume after Labor Day**

Conference Center
Holds up to 76

Smaller Meeting Rooms
Hold anywhere from 2-14 occupants

All rooms have the option of using a portable camera and mic/speakers for virtual meetings, calls, and/or conference phone. Be sure to request any of the conferencing equipment you may need.

The previous masking and social distancing protocols LCSC had in place can be re-instated at any time, depending on CDC guidelines.  Please feel free to call ahead and check.  Otherwise, this page is updated whenever there is a change.
