Equitable school systems where all young people are valued, heard, and inspired to see themselves and be themselves while on their journey to become engaged global citizens.

COMPASS is designed to guide and support the examination and improvement of systems. We strive for equitable outcomes by prioritizing access to strong tier-1 instruction for all Minnesota students.  We will do this regionally by:
  • Animating systems to realize change
  • Building our shared capacity
  • Collaborating effectively on cause, action, and impact.
  • Promoting responsive, creative, innovative, and adaptive solutions.
