Mission
We work collectively to guide and equip adults within education systems to cultivate the behaviors, actions, and conditions that promote inclusive intellectual, social, and emotional learning experiences for all young people.
Vision
Equitable school systems where all young people are valued, heard, and inspired to see themselves and be themselves while on their journey to become engaged global citizens.

What is COMPASS?
COMPASS is designed to guide and support the examination and improvement of systems. We strive for equitable outcomes by prioritizing access to strong tier-1 instruction for all Minnesota students. We will do this regionally by:
